1. A system, comprising:
one or more processors; and
one or more memories having program instructions stored thereon that are executable by the one or more processors to:
transmit, to a mempool corresponding to a blockchain, a request to validate a first electronic transfer, wherein the request includes:
first information that indicates a first transfer fee that is below a threshold fee associated with the blockchain; and
cryptographic signature information, wherein the cryptographic signature information is associated with providing a second transfer fee to an entity that validates the first electronic transfer if the entity meets one or more criteria;
in response to a successful validation of the first electronic transfer by a first entity of a plurality of entities associated with the blockchain, determine whether the first entity meets one or more criteria, wherein the first entity is a miner or validator associated with the blockchain; and
based on a determination that the first entity meets the one or more criteria, transmit, via a second electronic transfer, the second transfer fee to the first entity, wherein a sum of the first and second transfer fees is equal to or greater than the threshold fee.
