15. A method implemented by a computing device, the method comprising:
receiving data describing a known inventory for an entity that specifies at least one item owned by the entity;
predicting an additional item owned by the entity that is not included in the known inventory using a graph that represents item categories as nodes and links the nodes with edges representing ownership of items in linked item categories by multiple different entities;
determining, based on a probability value associated with a logistic regression model, that the additional item is currently trending;
generating, responsive to determining that the additional item is currently trending, a listing recommendation that includes an estimated value for the additional item and a description of the additional item;
outputting, in real-time, a display of a plurality of listing recommendations comprising the listing recommendation at a client device, the display of the listing recommendation including a prompt for feedback from the entity regarding ownership of the additional item and the listing recommendation including a control that is selectable to generate a listing for sale of the additional item;
receiving input confirming the ownership of the additional item via the prompt and updating a database record associated with the entity to include the additional item in the data describing the at least one item owned by the entity responsive to the input confirming the ownership of the additional item; and
generating the listing for sale of the additional item responsive to receiving input at the control that indicates a selection to generate the listing for sale of the additional item.
