1. An electronic device comprising:
a head-wearable frame comprising:
a plurality of light-emitting components, wherein said light-emitting components are configured to illuminate eye areas of a user's face;
a first sensor assembly attached to a part of the frame, wherein said first sensor assembly is configured for imaging an eye area on a left side of said user's face;
a second sensor assembly attached to a part of the frame, wherein said second sensor assembly is configured for imaging an eye area on a right side of said user's face;
a display, operative to render a graphical user interface, wherein said interface is capable of processing an input, wherein said input is triggered by a facial gesture made by said user; and
a processor operative to:
receive eye tracking data relating to eye movements of said user,
translate sensor data by taking a first input from said first sensor assembly and a second input from said second sensor assembly and by producing an output, wherein said output comprises:
eye openness data for each eye, wherein said eye openness data is derived from measuring distances or angles between a plurality of reference points located on said eye areas, wherein at least one of said reference points is situated on a lower eye lid and wherein at least one of said reference points is situated on an upper eye lid.
