1. A method comprising:
at a device comprising a processor:
obtaining data regarding a body via a sensor while presenting a first computer-generated reality (CGR) environment during participation in an activity;
determining a type of the activity based on the data obtained regarding the body and based on data associated with the first CGR environment, wherein the type of the activity is selected from a group comprising working, learning, and resting; and
identifying a second CGR environment that promotes a particular cognitive state based on the determined type of the activity.
