1. A length of edge restraint comprising:
a base portion having a width;
a wall extending upwardly from the base;
a plurality of surfaces extending downwardly from the base each terminating in a friction point where the friction points are each spaced apart by angled portions of the base extending from a first end of a first one of the plurality of surfaces to a second opposing end of a second adjacent one of the plurality of surfaces, wherein the angled portions have a length that is longer than a length extending from the base to the friction point and wherein the length extending from the base to the friction points is perpendicular to the width of the base.
