1. A method for creating a visual simulation of a subject's condition, the method comprising:
deriving, from a plurality of images of a subject, a curve representation of an arrangement of identified anatomical structures visible in the images, the curve representation comprising a set of three dimensional spatial coordinates corresponding to a center point of each of the identified anatomical structures; and
arranging a virtual model of each of the identified anatomical structures according to the curve representation such that a center point of each virtual model corresponding to an identified anatomical structure is included in the set of three dimensional spatial coordinates, wherein arranging the virtual models further comprises one of pivoting an identified center point of each virtual model by an amount of identified angular displacement of the corresponding anatomical structure relative to a reference point in one of the images and rotating each virtual model by an amount of identified angular rotation of the corresponding anatomical structure relative to the reference point in one of the images.
