1. A surgical system, comprising:
an anchor;
a first surgical device having an inner lumen extending therethrough and having a first engagement feature thereon; and
a second surgical device configured to deliver the anchor into bone, the second surgical device being configured to be advanced distally in the inner lumen, the second surgical device having a second engagement feature thereon configured to engage the first engagement feature, engagement of the first and second engagement features being configured to fix a position of the second surgical device relative to the first surgical device such that, with the second surgical device located in the inner lumen, the first and second surgical devices are configured to be held as a unit without the second surgical device moving in the inner lumen;
wherein, with the first and second engagement features engaged, the second surgical device is configured to be in the fixed position with the second surgical device at any selected axial position along the first surgical device;
wherein the second surgical device is configured to be advanced distally in the inner lumen with the anchor releasably coupled to a distal end of the second surgical device; and
the first engagement feature is configured to cooperate with the second engagement feature to limit removal of the second surgical device from the inner lumen to a single motion.
