1. A transmission method, comprising:
in response to a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) of first uplink control information (UCI) with a high-priority and a PUCCH of second UCI with a low-priority overlap in a time domain, performing a transmission using one designated PUCCH,
wherein the first UCI and the second UCI are multiplexed into the one designated PUCCH, and the transmission of the one designated PUCCH is transmitted by using a power based on a power control parameter associated with the first UCI with the high-priority, wherein the second UCI with the low-priority, when being multiplexed, is transmitted by using the power control parameter associated with the first UCI with the high-priority; and
wherein each of the first UCI and the second UCI comprises at least one of hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) information or a scheduling request (SR);
a priority of the SR is indicated by indication information in configuration information of radio resource control (RRC) of the SR; and
a priority corresponding to the HARQ-ACK information is determined according to a priority of an HARQ-ACK codebook indicated by an information domain in a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH).

18. A reception method, comprising:
in response to a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) of first uplink control information (UCI) with a high-priority and a PUCCH of second UCI with a low-priority overlap in a time domain, performing a reception by one designated PUCCH,
wherein the first UCI and the second UCI are multiplexed into the one designated PUCCH, and a transmission of the one designated PUCCH is transmitted by using a power based on a power control parameter associated with the first UCI with the high-priority,
wherein the second UCI with the low-priority, when being multiplexed, is transmitted by using the power control parameter associated with the first UCI with the high-priority, and
wherein each of the first UCI and the second UCI comprises at least one of hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) information or a scheduling request (SR);
a priority of the SR is indicated by indication information in configuration information of radio resource control (RRC) of the SR; and
a priority corresponding to the HARQ-ACK information is determined according to a priority of an HARQ-ACK codebook indicated by an information domain in a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH).
