1. A health monitoring device comprising:
a flexible substrate configured to conform to a skin portion of a user;
an energy harvesting device integrated with the substrate and configured to harvest energy from one or both of a bodily movement of the user or an electrical overstress (EOS) event, the energy harvesting device comprising a plurality of electricity-generating layers arranged to harvest energy from static electricity caused by the bodily movement;
a storage device integrated with the substrate configured to store energy generated by the energy harvesting device; and
circuitry powered by the storage device and configured for performing one or more of collecting, processing and storing health indicator information of the user.
