1. A water quality detection device, comprising:
a detection tank;
a sensor disposed on the detection tank and configured to sense a first liquid within the detection tank;
a cleaner configured to clean the sensor;
a first pump; and
a processor electrically connected to the sensor, the cleaner and the first pump, and configured to:
execute an initialization procedure, which comprises driving the sensor to sense the first liquid to obtain a plurality of initial sensing values and calculating a threshold value according to the initial sensing values;
drive the first pump to transport a second liquid to the detection tank after emptying the detection tank of the first liquid;
drive the sensor to sense the second liquid to obtain a sensing value of the second liquid, and determine whether the sensing value of the second liquid reaches the threshold value; and
drive the cleaner to operate when the sensing value of the second liquid reaches the threshold value.
