1. A composition comprising a deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) molecule attached to a surface, said DNA molecule comprising a ribosome stall sequence, wherein said ribosome stall sequence comprises (i) a polyproline-encoding sequence adjacent to a stop codon, wherein said polyproline sequence is located on a 5′ side of said stop codon, and (ii) an arginine-histidine-arginine tricoding sequence adjacent to said polyproline-coding sequence.
