1. A wireless communication device comprising:
a receiver configured to receive from each of a plurality of other wireless communication devices first information specifying at least one communication resource requested to be allocated;
controlling circuitry configured to allocate at least one communication resource to each of the other communication devices based on the first information;
a transmitter configured to transmit signals via the at least one communication resource allocated to one of the other communication devices, and
wherein
the receiver is configured to receive signals via the communication resource allocated to the one other communication device,
each of the plurality of communication resources belongs to any one of a plurality of channels,
the transmitter is configured to transmit second information notifying independent transmitting and receiving is possible among the channels, and
the receiver is configured to receive the first information from the other wireless communication devices at independent timings, respectively.
