1. An optical transceiver comprising:
an optical transmitter configured to:
modulate each phase of a plurality of optical carriers in accordance with a plurality of digital signals and
input a plurality of phase-modulated optical signals to an optical fiber; and
an optical receiver configured to:
receive a plurality of optical signals, the plurality of optical signals being multiple-input to the optical fiber from the optical transmitter, transmitted through the optical fiber, and multiple-output from the optical fiber, and
recover the plurality of digital signals from the plurality of received optical signals,
wherein the optical receiver includes:
one or more memories storing instructions; and
one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to implement:
a frequency deviation compensator configured to compensate for each frequency deviation of the plurality of received optical signals, by frequency shift process to the plurality of digital signals, and
a phase offset compensator configured to compensate for a phase offset of a plurality of frequency deviation-compensated digital signals caused by the frequency shift process.
