1. A system comprising memory and one or more processors communicatively coupled to the memory, the one or more processors configured to:
generate a proposal plan associated with a plurality of proposal parameters and a distribution of a target audience across a set of delivery platforms of a plurality of delivery platforms;
receive consumption data associated with an execution of the proposal plan during a first duration a total duration of network time, wherein the consumption data is associated with multiple delivery platforms of the plurality delivery platforms;
generate an adjusted proposal plan based at least in part on the consumption data and by updating the distribution of the target audience across the set of delivery platforms to align with the plurality of proposal parameters; and
initiate execution of the adjusted proposal plan during a second duration of the total duration of network time.
