1. A system for storage of an item, the system comprising:
a storage unit comprising:
an integrally formed base, the base configured to secure the storage unit to a placement location and to elevate the storage unit from the surrounding ground level;
a cabinet connected to the base;
a rotatable frame positioned within the cabinet and configured to rotate at least one hundred and eighty degrees with respect to the cabinet;
a plurality of storage receptacles connected to the rotatable frame; and
a control unit and an agent access portal each affixed to the rotatable frame,
wherein each of the plurality of storage receptacles is in electronic communication with the agent access portal.
