1. A system comprising:
a non-transitory memory; and
one or more hardware processors coupled to the non-transitory memory and configured to read instructions from the non-transitory memory to cause the system to perform operations comprising:
accessing a data processing strategy having at least one rule for a data processing operation associated with an online digital platform of a service provider, wherein the data processing strategy is implemented in a data processing decision service in a first region;
propagating the data processing strategy from the data processing decision service for the first region to one or more data processing decision services for a second region;
determining semantics of the data processing strategy using a semantic processing operation, wherein the semantic processing operation is associated with a rule authorizing application for the at least one rule of the data processing strategy, and wherein the semantics comprise at least one variable in the at least one rule and a condition for the at least one rule;
comparing the semantics of the data processing strategy to one or more policies for the second region;
determining at least one change to the data processing strategy based on the comparing; and
adjusting the data processing strategy for the one or more data processing decision services the second region based on the at least one change.
