1. A touch sensor comprising:
a base layer including a first inorganic layer, an organic layer above the first inorganic layer, and a second inorganic layer above the organic layer, an insulating layer above the base layer;
touch electrode members comprising:
touch electrodes arranged above the insulating layer along a first direction, and electrically connected to each other along the first direction; and
a connection portion connecting two of the touch electrodes neighboring each other along the first direction, and defining first openings; and
a conductive member comprising rows of conductive lines arranged along a second direction crossing the first direction, the conductive lines being arranged above the insulating layer, extending in the first direction, electrically connected to each other along the first direction, and comprising, in one of the first openings, a first portion extending in a third direction that is different from the first and second directions, and a second portion directly contacting and extending from the first portion in a fourth direction that is different from the first direction, the second direction, and the third direction, the first and second portions having a constant line width,
wherein the touch electrode members are spaced apart from each other along the second direction,
wherein two neighboring rows of conductive lines along the second direction are electrically connected to each other, and
wherein the conductive member is insulated from the touch electrode members.
