1. A computer-implementable method for performing a data center monitoring and management operation, comprising:
monitoring data center assets within a data center via a data center monitoring and management console, the monitoring using telemetry data, the telemetry data comprising information corresponding to an operational status of a particular data center asset, the data center monitoring and management console including a monitoring module, a management module and a user interface engine, the monitoring module being implemented to monitor procurement, deployment, implementation, operation, management, maintenance, and remediation of a data center asset at any point in a lifecycle of the data center asset, the management module being implemented to manage procurement, deployment, implementation, operation, monitoring, maintenance, and remediation of the data center asset at any point in the lifecycle of the data center asset, the user interface engine being implemented to generate a user interface for the provision of information associated with the monitoring, and management, of the data center asset;
identifying an issue within the data center, the issue being associated with an operational situation associated with a particular component of the data center, the issue being related to an occurrence or predicted occurrence of an anomaly within the data center, the anomaly being related to an unexpected behavior of the particular component of the data center;
assigning a data center issue priority level to the issue;
scheduling a remediation task via a data center monitoring and management application, the remediation task being designed to address the issue within the data center, the remediation task being identified using the telemetry data, historical data associated with the particular data center asset and target value data associated with the particular data center asset, the scheduling being based on the data center issue priority level of the issue; and,
performing a data center remediation operation based upon the remediation task.
