1. An information processing apparatus for generating an NC program to be used by a numerical control apparatus for controlling processing by a machine tool, comprising:
at least one processor; and
a memory storing instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the information processing apparatus to:
acquire CL data including standardization information based on a rule defined among a plurality of output devices that output CL data, the standardization information being associated with unique control information of the machine tool including a custom macro of the machine tool manufacturer; and
acquire an NC code corresponding to the custom macro of the machine tool manufacturer associated with the standardization information included in the acquired CL data; and
generate an NC program including the NC code based on the NC code and the CL data.
