1. A magnetic electrical connector for establishing power/communication between an electrochromic window and a window controller, the magnetic electrical connector comprising:
a first component comprising a floating portion comprising one or more first magnetic elements, a plurality of first electrically conductive regions and a first mating portion; and
a second component comprising one or more second magnetic elements of opposing polarity to the one or more first magnetic elements, a plurality of second electrically conductive regions configured to electrically contact the plurality of first electrically conductive regions, and a second mating portion configured to couple to the first mating portion.
