1. A lighting apparatus for vehicles, the lighting apparatus comprising:
a light source configured to emit light;
a light guide plate configured to diffuse the light emitted by the light source; and
a lens cover configured to transmit the light diffused by the light guide plate and to emit the light transmitted directly from the light guide plate forwards of the lens cover,
wherein an internal surface of the lens cover, onto which the light diffused by the light guide plate is directly projected, includes a plurality of prominences and depressions formed therein in a regular pattern entirely to include varied thicknesses depending on positions thereof so that amount of the light transmitted by the lens cover varies thereby, and
wherein the lighting apparatus is configured to implement a black high-gloss surface as a front surface of the lens cover in daytime, and implement gradation lighting on the front surface of the lens cover at night.
