1. A method of forming a flexible dielectric ink, the method comprising:
printing a stack comprising a first layer of the flexible dielectric ink composition, a second layer of a conductive ink, and a top layer of the flexible dielectric ink composition, wherein the flexible dielectric ink and the conductive ink are printed by jet printing, screen printing, or stencil printing;
curing or drying the printed dielectric ink and conductive ink composition; and
deforming the stack into a desired shape,
wherein the flexible dielectric ink composition comprises:
a dielectric material wherein the dielectric material is in the form of a powder, flakes, or resin;
one or more or more organic binders;
one or more UV-curable initiators, thermally curable initiators, crosslinking agents and/or drying agents; and
at least one of:
(a) one or more of an isoprene-based rubber, polybutene, polyisobutylene, a liquid silicone, a blocked polyisocyanate, or a long chain acrylic oligomer or polymer; and/or
(b) one or more of a rheology modifier, an elastomer, an adhesion promoter, and a filler.
