Ring Aa is (i) a benzene ring optionally further substituted by 1 or 2 halogen atoms, (ii) a pyridine ring optionally further substituted by 1 or 2 halogen atoms, or (iii) a pyridazine ring optionally further substituted by 1 or 2 halogen atoms,
Ring Ba is an optionally further substituted ring,
La is a bond, or a spacer having 1 to 3 atoms in the main chain, and
R1a is an optionally substituted C1-6 alkyl group or an optionally substituted cyclic group,
(b) a group represented by the formula:

Yb is an oxygen atom or an optionally substituted methylene,
Zb is CR3bR4b wherein R3b and R4b are each independently a hydrogen atom, an optionally substituted C1-6 alkyl group or an optionally substituted cyclic group, or NR5b wherein R5b is an optionally substituted C1-6 alkyl group or an optionally substituted cyclic group, and
