1. A support for holding a portable electronic device comprising:
an upper support coupled to a seat back, wherein the upper support comprises an extendable portion and a spring device;
a lower support disposed on an end of the extendable portion;
wherein the extendable portion has a retracted position and an extended position;
wherein, in the retracted position, the lower support is disposed proximate the upper support;
wherein, in the extended position, the lower support is spaced away from and extends below the upper support;
wherein the spring device is biased to retain the extendable portion in the retracted position,
wherein the lower support further comprises a protrusion pivotable about a rear surface of the lower support; and
wherein, when the protrusion is pivoted away from the rear surface, an end of the protrusion contacts the seat back thereby positioning the portable electronic device at an angle.
