1. A modular electrostatic precipitator comprising:
a housing providing a flow path through which air is moved;
a charging module configured to emit electromagnetic waves to the air;
a first attaching and detaching unit configured to attach and detach the charging module to and from the housing;
a particle collecting module configured to collect particles in the air based on an electrostatic force; and
a second attaching and detaching unit configured to attach and detach the particle collecting module to and from the housing,
wherein the charging module includes:
a charging case detachably mounted to the housing through the first attaching and detaching unit;
an electromagnetic wave tube provided in the charging case, wherein the electromagnetic tube comprises a carbon nanotube-based emitter configured to emit electromagnetic waves to ionize fine particles in the air traveling through the flow path; and
a power supply, installed in the charging case, configured to supply power to the electromagnetic wave tube, and
wherein a portion of the first attaching and detaching unit extends from the charging case.
