1. An ozone treatment system, comprising:
a base comprising a first receptacle and a second receptacle;
an ozone operating system within the base and fluidly coupled to the first receptacle, the ozone operating system configured to generate ozone gas;
a compartment within the base and fluidly coupled to the second receptacle, the compartment configured to contain at least a part of a medical device;
wherein:
the ozone operating system is configured to cause at least a portion of said ozone gas to flow outside said base at least in part via said first receptacle; and
the second receptacle is configured to receive at least a portion of said ozone gas from outside said base.
