1. An organic electroluminescence device, comprising:
a first electrode;
a second electrode on the first electrode; and
an emission layer between the first electrode and the second electrode,
wherein the emission layer comprises an organometallic compound represented by the following Formula 2A:

Y is O, or NRa,
Q1 to Q4 are each independently C or N,
at least one selected from among b1 to b3 is 1 and the remainder are 0, where when b1 is 1, X1 is B, when b1 is 0, X1 is absent, when b2 is 1, X2 is B, when b2 is 0, X2 is absent, when b3 is 1, X3 is B, and when b3 is 0, X3 is absent,
A1 to A4 are each independently a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic ring of 5 to 10 carbon atoms for forming a ring, or a substituted or unsubstituted heterocycle of 2 to 10 carbon atoms for forming a ring including N, O, or S as a heteroatom,
R1 to R8, and Ra are each independently a hydrogen atom, a deuterium atom, a halogen atom, a cyano group, a substituted or unsubstituted amine group, a substituted or unsubstituted silyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted carbonyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted oxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted thio group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl group of 2 to 20 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted alkynyl group of 2 to 20 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group of 6 to 30 carbon atoms for forming a ring, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group of 2 to 30 carbon atoms for forming a ring, or combined with an adjacent group to form a ring,
a1 to a8 are each independently an integer of 0 to 3, and
wherein L1 is represented by the following Formula L-4, L-7, or L-100:
