1. A display device comprising:
a substrate including a plurality of pixels; and
within a same pixel among the plurality of pixels, in order from the substrate:
a semiconductor layer including a channel area of a first transistor and a semiconductor area adjacent to the channel area;
a first insulating layer;
a first conductive layer including a plurality of split patterns of a first scan line which are spaced apart from each other along the first scan line, the plurality of split patterns including a split pattern which faces the channel area of the first transistor;
a second insulating layer;
a second conductive layer including a shield pattern which transmits a constant voltage;
a third insulating layer; and
a third conductive layer including a scan connecting pattern of the first scan line which electrically connects the plurality of split patterns to each other and faces the semiconductor area which is adjacent to the channel area to define a scan overlapping area,
wherein the shield pattern of the second conductive layer corresponds to the scan overlapping area.
