1. A computer system that is in communication with a display generation component and one or more inputs devices, comprising:
one or more processors; and
memory storing one or more programs configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the one or more programs including instructions for:
causing recording of one or more physical activity metrics at a first frequency, wherein the physical activity metrics are recorded by one or more sensors that are monitoring an activity level of a user of the computer system;
while causing recording of the one or more physical activity metrics at the first frequency, displaying, via the display generation component, a workout user interface that includes a plurality of workout affordances, wherein the plurality of workout affordances includes a first workout affordance;
while displaying the first workout affordance from the plurality of workout affordances, detecting, via the one or more input devices, a set of one or more user inputs that includes an input directed to the first workout affordance; and
in response to detecting the set of one or more user inputs that includes the input directed to the first workout affordance:
causing audio playback of audio associated with a first type of workout at an audio output device that is in communication with the computer system, wherein the audio associated with the first workout affordance from the plurality of workout affordances corresponds to a predefined list of audio items that includes a first audio item and a second audio item, and wherein the predefined list of audio items was not selected by the user; and
causing recording of the one or more physical activity metrics at a second frequency greater than the first frequency.
