1. A communication apparatus, comprising at least one processor and at least one memory, wherein the at least one memory is configured to store program instructions, and the at least one processor is coupled to the at least one memory to execute the instructions to:
receive, authentication request information from a first device, wherein the authentication request information comprises identifier information of the first device;
determine, based on a mapping relationship, a cryptographic algorithm suite corresponding to the identifier information of the first device, wherein the mapping relationship is pre-stored in the communication apparatus and indicates a correspondence among identifier information of at least one device, at least one packet encryption mode, at least one pre-shared key (PSK), and at least one cryptographic algorithm suite, wherein the identifier information of the at least one device includes the identifier information of the first device, and each of the at least one packet encryption mode, the at least one PSK, and the at least one cryptographic algorithm suite is on a one-to-one correspondence with the identifier information of the first device;
generate, authentication response information based on the at least one cryptographic algorithm suite; and
send, the authentication response information to the first device.
