1. An electrochemical device, comprising: a housing, an electrode assembly and an electrolytic solution; the electrode assembly and the electrolytic solution are disposed in the housing; and the electrode assembly comprises electrode plates and a separator disposed between adjacent electrode plates;
wherein the separator comprises a porous substrate, a first bonding layer, and a second bonding layer, the porous substrate is located between the first bonding layer and the second bonding layer; the first bonding layer comprises a plurality of first bonding regions spaced apart from each other, and the second bonding layer comprises a plurality of second bonding regions spaced apart from each other;
a thickness direction of the electrode assembly is defined as a first direction; in the first direction, a circumscribed rectangle of a projection of the electrode assembly possesses a diagonal line and a first side, an angle between the diagonal line and the first side is θ1, and an angle between a projection of each of the plurality of first bonding regions and the first side is θ2, wherein θ1/2≤θ2≤(θ1/2+) 45°;
in the first direction, an angle between a projection of each of the plurality of second bonding regions and the projection of each of the plurality of first bonding regions is θ3, wherein 45°<θ3≤120°.
