15. A method of fabricating a terminal assembly for a power fuse, comprising:
providing a zinc-aluminum alloy into a die cavity;
casting the terminal assembly as a single piece from the zinc-aluminum alloy; and
plating an entire exterior of the terminal assembly with copper.
