1. A display device comprising:
a substrate;
a first light emitting region above the substrate and configured to emit a first color light;
a second light emitting region above the substrate and configured to emit a second color light;
a third light emitting region above the substrate and configured to emit a third color light;
a first color filter corresponding to the first light emitting region;
a second color filter corresponding to the second light emitting region;
a third color filter corresponding to the third light emitting region;
a first drive circuit configured to drive the first light emitting region;
a second drive circuit configured to drive the second light emitting region; and
a third drive circuit configured to drive the third light emitting region, wherein
the first light emitting region includes, in a cross-sectional view, a first electrode corresponding to the first light emitting region, a second electrode above the first electrode, a light emitting layer between the first electrode and the second electrode, a reflective layer below the light emitting layer and configured to reflect light emitted by the light emitting layer, and an insulating film between the first electrode and the reflective layer;
the second light emitting region includes, in the cross-sectional view, a first electrode corresponding to the second light emitting region, a second electrode above the first electrode, a light emitting layer between the first electrode and the second electrode, a reflective layer below the light emitting layer and configured to reflect light emitted by the light emitting layer, and an insulating film between the first electrode and the reflective layer;
the third light emitting region includes, in the cross-sectional view, a first electrode corresponding to the third light emitting region, a second electrode above the first electrode, a light emitting layer between the first electrode and the second electrode, a reflective layer below the light emitting layer and configured to reflect light emitted by the light emitting layer, and an insulating film between the first electrode and the reflective layer;
in the cross-sectional view, portions comprising the reflective layer, the insulating film, the first electrode, the light emitting layer, and the second electrode respectively corresponding to at least two of the first light emitting region, the second light emitting region and the third light emitting region have a same structural relationship;
the light emitting layers respectively corresponding to the first light emitting region, the second light emitting region, and the third light emitting region are formed in a same layer;
the first drive circuit includes a drive transistor and is configured to drive multiple instances of the first light emitting region;
the first drive circuit is connected to a first signal line to send data signals to the multiple instances of the first light emitting region;
the multiple instances of the first light emitting region are arranged in a first direction; and
the first signal line extends in the first direction.
