1. A computer system comprising:
a processing unit configured to execute instructions to cause the system to:
monitor an ongoing communication session to identify a most recent subset of communications, the most recent subset of communications being defined by a sliding window;
select, from a plurality of available relevancy dictionaries, a selected context-specific relevancy dictionary storing words and associated relevancy scores based on a context of the ongoing communication session;
analyze, using the selected context-specific relevancy dictionary, the most recent subset of communications to identify one or more relevant words; and
generate and provide a dynamic label associated with the ongoing communication session that includes at least one of the one or more relevant words.
