1. An imaging apparatus comprising:
an image sensor; and
a plurality of lens sections, each lens section being configured to form a subject image in a different area of the image sensor via a different wavelength filter,
wherein at least one lens section of the plurality of lens sections has an angle of view different from an angle of view of other lens sections of the plurality of lens sections,
wherein the subject image formed by the at least one lens section having the different angle of view has a lower resolution than the subject image formed by each other lens section of the plurality of lens sections,
wherein a merged image is generated using the subject image formed by each lens section of the plurality of lens sections, and
wherein the merged image expresses, for each zone imaged with the lower resolution by the at least one lens section having the different angle of view, a representative value of a measurement result obtained by imaging each zone with higher resolution by one or more of the other lens sections of the plurality of lens sections.
