1. A scanning Tele camera (STC), comprising:
a single optical path folding element (OPFE) for folding a first optical path OP1 that defines a height H axis to a second optical path OP2 that defines a length L axis;
an OPFE actuator;
a lens having a lens optical axis parallel to OP2, an effective focal length EFL in the range of 8 mm-50 mm, and a f number f/#<3.5; and
an image sensor,
wherein the STC has a STC native field-of-view n-FOVT,
wherein the OPFE actuator is configured to rotate the OPFE around a first rotation axis and around a second rotation axis for scanning a scene with the n-FOV that provides an effective Tele scanning FOV s-FOVT,
wherein the s-FOVT has a longer side and a shorter side, and
wherein the longer side of s-FOVT is greater than 40 degrees.
