1. A cell comprising one or more exogenous expression cassettes encoding at least three or more transcription factors, wherein the at least three or more transcription factors comprise (1) FOXA1 or FOXA3; (2) HHEX; and (3) NR112 or NR113, and wherein the cell is a pluripotent stem cell comprising increased expression of the at least three or more transcription factors.
