1. A CO2 reactive viscosity-increasing polymer surfactant, wherein the CO2 reactive viscosity-increasing polymer surfactant comprises structural units provided by a Lewis acid monomer represented by formula (1), structural units provided by a Lewis base monomer represented by formula (2), structural units provided by a hydrophilic monomer, and structural units provided by an interfacially active monomer represented by formula (3);

wherein R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 in formula (1) are the same or different, each is one or more of H, F, C1-C4 alkyl alcohol, and at least one group is F;
