1. A system, comprising:
a) a graft (361), the graft having an interior and an outer surface, and includes flap portions (369) formed in a side of the graft (361) defining a pilot hole (365) and cuts (367); and
b) a ring-shaped patch (340) that defines an internal edge and is coupled to an area of the graft surrounding the flap portions;
c) wherein the graft is an endograft; and
d) an outer patch that is coupled to the flap portions and to the ring-shaped patch, thereby further securing the flap portions in place.
