1. A method comprising:
determining planned implant placements for a plurality of surgical procedures using a planning algorithm;
recording virtual pre-operative user modifications of the planned implant placements;
generating an altered planning algorithm based on the virtual pre-operative user modifications; and
planning an implant placement for a subsequent surgical procedure using the altered planning algorithm; and
operating a surgical robot based on the implant placement planned for the subsequent surgical procedure.
