1. A system for en bloc derotation of a spinal column, comprising:
a first frame configured to couple to a first plurality of fixing elements attached to a first plurality of vertebrae;
a second frame configured to couple to a second plurality of fixing elements attached to a second plurality of vertebrae distinct from the first plurality of vertebrae and derotated relative to the first plurality of vertebrae;
first and second arms respectively coupled to the first and second frames, the first and second arms being hingedly coupled to each other via a pivot pin such that the first and second arms are configured to pivot about the pivot pin, the first and second arms comprising respective first and second primary arms and respective first and second secondary arms; and
a locking mechanism coupled to the end of the pivot pin, wherein actuation of the locking mechanism is configured to fix an angular orientation between the first and second arms to maintain derotation between the first plurality of vertebrae and the second plurality of vertebrae,
wherein the first frame and the second frame each comprise a plurality of bores configured to receive complimentary mating features of the first and second arms; and
wherein the first and second secondary arms each comprise a plurality of extensions configured to extend through the plurality of bores.
