1. A device for use during a surgical procedure, the device comprising:
a body having a top portion;
an insertion tool operatively coupled to the top portion of the body, the insertion tool having:
a pair of prongs comprising an upper surface and a lower surface opposing the upper surface, the pair of prongs sized, shaped, and spaced to contact a femoral condyle at a pair of spaced femoral locations by the upper surface and to contact a tibial condyle opposing the femoral condyle at a pair of spaced tibial locations by the lower surface;
a bend positioned between the body and the pair of prongs so that the pair of prongs are positioned at an angle relative to the body; and
a pivot feature disposed between the pair of prongs and the bend, the pivot feature comprising a protrusion extending from the lower surface, wherein the pivot feature is configured to concentrate stress forces on the insertion tool at a predetermined location along the bend; and
a force indicator module configured to measure one or more forces applied to at least one of the femoral condyle and the tibial condyle by the insertion tool based on at least the stress forces on the insertion tool.
