1. A medical device, comprising:
an elongate tubular body having a proximal end, a distal end, and a length therebetween, the elongate tubular body including a first lumen, wherein a distal portion of the elongate tubular body includes a side opening in communication with the first lumen, wherein the medical device is configured to receive an elongate member in the first lumen of the elongate tubular body and to direct a distal end of the elongate member through the side opening of the elongate tubular body; and
an actuator disposed within the elongate tubular body, the actuator configured to transmit mechanical motion to the distal portion of the elongate member when positioned within the distal portion of the elongate tubular body.
