1. A method for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE), comprising:
receiving a feedback information multiplexing status for an uplink carrier configured for the UE, the feedback information multiplexing status comprising an indicator associated with the uplink carrier;
receiving an indication of a first uplink transmission on the uplink carrier that at least partially overlaps in time with a second uplink transmission, the first uplink transmission associated with a first priority index and the second uplink transmission associated with a second priority index; and
performing, based at least in part on the feedback information multiplexing status for the uplink carrier, the first priority index, and the second priority index, a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission without uplink control information (UCI) multiplexing on the uplink carrier.
