1. A system, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory that stores executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, facilitate performance of operations, the operations comprising:
determining, for a group of devices classified into respective classes corresponding to respective priority levels, that available power headroom for power capacity distribution among the group of devices has reached an available power capacity distribution lower limit; and
in response to the determining, reallocating power consumption among the group of devices, comprising increasing first power capacity allocated to a first priority level class and
decreasing second power capacity allocated to a second priority level class,
wherein, prior to the reallocating the power consumption, the available power headroom is above the available power capacity distribution lower limit,
wherein the operations further comprise redistributing power consumption among the devices based on the available power headroom at a sampling interval rate, and
wherein the available power capacity distribution lower limit is reached as a result of a redistribution corresponding to a sampling interval.
