1. A method for determining a customer quality of experience (QoE) requirement for an application associated with one or more subscribers that are accessing a Communication Service Provider (CSP) network, the method comprising:
downloading the application, at a mobile device, from an app store;
executing the application on the mobile device;
communicating, by the mobile device, a first message from the application associated with a subscriber of the one or more subscribers to a QoE network appliance, wherein the first message indicates that the application has been launched on the mobile device thereby producing a start time;
communicating, by the mobile device, a second message from the application to the QoE network appliance, wherein the second message indicates that the application is closed thereby producing a stop time;
on a processor and a memory of the QoE network appliance performs operations for:
associating an authentication code in the first message with a QoE requirement for the subscriber that includes a QoE latency requirement, a QoE bandwidth requirement, and a QoE packet loss rate requirement;
receiving a radio access network (RAN) data set and a core network (CN) data set that includes a network data analytics function (NWDAF) data set from an edge collection module that identifies and gathers the RAN data set, the CN data set and NWDAF data set for the QoE network appliance;
generating, from said data, an integrated event stream that includes:
the RAN data set, the CN data set, the NWDAF data set,
the QoE latency measurement, the QoE bandwidth measurement, and the QoE packet loss rate measurement, and
network events for requests caused by a user interaction or a user action associated with the application while the application is being executed on the mobile device;
generating a measured QoE score over a time interval from the start time to the stop time in real-time from a temporal correlation, a geographical correlation, and a topological correlation of said integrated event stream by comparing, at the QoE network appliance, the RAN data set, the CN data set, and the NWDAF data set with the QoE latency requirement, the QoE bandwidth requirement, and the QoE packet loss rate requirement;
determining when the measured QoE score over the time interval satisfies the QoE requirement of the subscriber, thereby allowing the CSP to gain a perspective of the customer quality of experience and how the network conditions are impacting subscriber QoE with respect to said user interaction or said user action in order to charge differently the one or more subscribers for different QoE; and
charging the subscriber based on the measured QoE score over said time interval.
