1. A computer-implemented method, comprising:
retrieving, by one or more processors and from a repository, a deal of a plurality of deals that meets certain criteria based at least in part on an index associated with the deal falling below a threshold value, wherein the repository comprises scenario data and a plurality of parameters corresponding to the plurality of deals;
generating, by the one or more processors and based at least in part on the scenario data and one or more changes in values of the plurality of parameters, an optimal allocation solution for application to reserve under delivery units across the plurality of deals;
generating, by the one or more processors and based at least in part on the optimal allocation solution, a user interface configured for utilization to control allocation of the reserve under delivery units, wherein the user interface comprises first fields for specifying deal information, second fields for specifying user inputs, a dial providing a selectable unit, and an allocation solution field for presenting the optimal allocation solution and wherein selection of the dial and user defined inputs to the first and second fields impact the generation of the optimal allocation solution and presenting of the optimal allocation solution in the allocation solution field;
generating, by the one or more processors, under delivery deal reserves by partitioning a liability inventory reserve into individual deal reserves with corresponding reserve under delivery units based at least in part on the deal, the optimal allocation solution, and one or more inputs received via the user interface;
generating, by the one or more processors, a plurality of under delivery orders based at least in part on the under delivery deal reserves; and
transmitting, by the one or more processors, the plurality of under delivery orders to a traffic computing system for spot scheduling.
