1. A semiconductor apparatus comprising:
one or more substrates; and
logic coupled to the one or more substrates, wherein the logic is implemented at least partly in one or more of configurable logic or fixed-functionality hardware logic, the logic coupled to the one or more substrates to:
conduct a mutual authentication with a vehicle;
verify, if the mutual authentication is successful, location information received from the vehicle;
send a token to the vehicle if the location information is verified, wherein the token includes an attestation that the vehicle was present in a location associated with the location information at a specified moment in time, wherein the attestation that the vehicle was present in the location is used to prevent an attacker from biasing a scene reconstruction of the location with false sensor data; and
receive information captured by one or more sensors associated with one or more additional vehicles, wherein the received information is to be used to perform the scene reconstruction based on successfully attested vehicles.
