1. A wireless device comprising:
one or more processors; and
memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the wireless device to:
receive one or more radio resource control messages, wherein the one or more radio resource control messages indicate first uplink resources, of an uplink data channel, for a periodic resource allocation; the one or more radio resource control messages further indicate a first offset parameter for uplink control information (UCI) transmission via the periodic resource allocation; and the one or more radio resource control messages further indicate a plurality of second offset parameters for UCI transmission via a dynamic uplink grant;
determine a number of the first uplink resources based on the first offset parameter;
transmit a first UCI via the first uplink resources;
receive a downlink control information, wherein the downlink control information comprises the dynamic uplink grant indicating second uplink resources of the uplink data channel; and the downlink control information further comprises an offset indicator field indicating one of the plurality of second offset parameters indicated by the one or more radio resource control messages; the one of the plurality of second offset parameters is configured for determining a number of the second uplink resources for multiplexing a second UCI;
determine the number of the second uplink resources for multiplexing the second UCI based on the offset indicator field; and
transmit the second UCI via the second uplink resources.
