1. A wireless communication device comprising:
one or more processors for a power utilization control engine configured to
receive power utilization data of a first radio component for a time window,
receive power utilization data of a second radio component for the time window, and
send a power utilization modification instruction to the first radio component or the second radio component based at least in part on a time-averaged power utilization of at least the first radio component and the second radio component over the time window.
